About the Larimar Community Center!
The Larimar Community Center was opened in 2017 as a response to a lack of a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children to learn freely with community support.
Here at the Center children receive:

We provide pick up from school and drop off services* so that every parent has the opportunity to work and provide for their children with a piece of mind.
We accept enrollment of children from 4 years old to 12 years old!
The Larimar Community Center is dedicated to providing a well rounded approach to education to ensure open mindedness, preparedness and success for the future beyond schooling.
We are open from Monday - Friday
2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
We do provide pick up from school and drop off to homes if necessary:

Our last drop off is at 7:00 pm unless discussed otherwise.
Your child's safety is our top priority so a parent/caregiver or previously discussed person must be present at drop off or pick up from the program.

Volunteers
Students from Fordham University donate their time to come visit the students weekly to teach them American Sign Language and give Painting Classes.
